If love is flesh and sex is meat
Were can we hope our thoughts can meet?
If  thoughts are blood and words are veins
How could we wipe those bloody stains
From our love song sad refrains?
How could we speak, but with our bones
What could we seek, but the unknowns?
How could we meet, if not in verse?!
